"Small units with inefficient layout. A lot of wastage and it's made worse when the floor area is already so small. Poor ventilation making the things inside the house mouldy. The air con, the panels, the clothes the bags, leather belts all mouldy in a short time. Unhealthy for people staying there. Zero facilities that are working Dark and wet carpark and need to pay extra on top of maintenance fees. Zero privacy for the units with patio. The neighbours can literally look into the unit and see everything. Not very convenient for female occupants. BCA does not approve my landlord application to partially enclose the patio. Warning that will be forced to remove and fine. Noisy and dusty. Speeding motorcycles and loud sports cars high rev loud exhaust all the time because near workshops. Horrible place with greedy owners. Not worth despite the location. Many many alternative choices. So happy to move out after my agreement ended."
