"This condominium is superb in terms of its location. The size of the 1 bedroom units are equivalent to the 2 bedroom units in the market these days. Hence, it's a value buy and in fact, many of the units are owned by the Methodist Church of Singapore. Even though it is a 10 year old project, my gross rental yield on my 1 bedroom unit is 4.2%"
