Home buyers looking for Bugis properties can choose from a small selection of HDB flats off Middle Road, at Bras Basah Complex and at Rochor Centre. The private residential properties at Bugis are similarly scarce, with projects such as Duo Residences and Midtown Modern witnessing strong demand. Shopping and dining options abound in District 7, with many malls in the area including Bugis Junction and Bugis+. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.
