"Poor lobby management personel handling visitor registration, as mentioned were there for work related with our customer and already told them not related with building work however the security refuse to continue with normal registration and intimidate us to produce email or work permit application. They are rude and loud to us and claim it was miscommunication yet no apologies by them. Incident happen on Friday 13 May 2022."
