"Gorgeous and peaceful condo to stay. Very near and useful amenities and nice cafes, supermarkets. Nice landscaping and greenery, fresh air everyday"

"Poorly maintained condo, which is very wasted considering how the surrounding is so convenient. leaves everywhere, chairs was like broken, bbq pits super dirty and messy, facilities (besides gym) are poorly maintained, estate walls were very dirty and look old. Smaller jaccuzi pools was also broken. Considering that condo is only 7 years old, it is actually VERY poorly maintained and its a waste. I stay in a condo myself that is 20 years old and it is still very well maintained (clean, chairs and tables were good conditon, regular pool cleaning, repainted the walls according to BCA guidelines) EVEN during covid times. Hence, I dont think the management explanation of a lack of manpower due to covid times is justifable. Not sure what the management is doing. Its quite upsetting that u pay a relatively high maintainence fee but estate not well maintained. I cannot imagine how it will be like 10 years later if at 7 years old, it is at this state. Pool was also quite narrow. Though its a 50m lap pool, alot of inconsiderate parents would bring their children to the 50m pool and hog one end of the pool. As it is quite narrow pool, adults thus cant do their full 50m lap rounds, which is super annoying. Would be good if management could advice for parents to bring their children to play at the 30 m smaller pool instead if they are not intending for their kids to do lap rounds."

"Resort living. The allure of landscape greenery and vacation-style facilities account for most owner occupying or even tenants who are willing to pay for premium to rent .. its really beautiful. Completely different vibes as compared to most of the condos I have ever visited in the East! What I love about this condo is the greenery, most units ensure greenery privacy views. The facade of the units facing the road or greenery portrays a completely different design which is seldom seen in Singapore. Pet friendly owners would definitely love this place more as there is ample space for pet strolling. Not forgetting the pool, which gives two different kinds of feelings either within the greenery or under the sky. The quality of the furnishings ensure premium and the layout is decent. Definitely one of the development I would shortlist for my future home purchase if Im looking for EAST!"

"Complex is beautiful, peaceful and almost resort-like feel. A good place to rent. But if you are considering buying.... BEWARE.... the construction of the cluster houses is very poor and shoddy. -The waterproofing is awful, walls leak, doors don't seal, kitchen cupboards drop, marble floors are cracked, stair banisters are weak etc... - The main drainage for the whole complex is not able to keep up with the amount of rainfall. The underground parking lot floods and water comes back up the drains in the basement. This happens once / twice a year. Buyers: Do your research! Check the status of pending litigation and get a proper property inspection report."
