"A highly transacted landed property(sub type: Cluster House) with immense potential to grow! 5 rooms, 5 toilets and 5 floors, 2 dedicated carpark lots which appeals to families who are looking for big space(3200 sq ft and above), security, facilities which include two pools and jacuzzi and a gym! Theres also good schools around the corner and an international school nearby which will always make this estate highly sought after."
