"It's a fantastic development. If you rent from the developer, then it's a 5 star experience (Breezeway). However, if you rent any of the other units, please do some due diligence and attempt to contact previous tenants on any of the various Facebook groups(expats, expat wives of Singapore, etc). Please feel free to contact me for specific details on any of the shophouses and their owners."

"If you are renting a unit here you will be better off if you can make sure it is managed under the breezeway group. A couple of tenants in shophouses have complained about mold and severe leaks only to have the owner(s) ignore unsafe living conditions.. Unit 152H has had horrible mold and water damage, mushrooms even sprouted in the bathroom. Unless there has been professional mold remediation (neutralizing spores in the air, replacing of every aircon unit, scraping and repainting with mold preventative paint) then the problem will only return. If you are considering renting or purchasing this home please ask to see how these issues have been resolved and especially look for professional mold remediation."
