"Huge grounds which are home to lots of big monitor lizards, chickens, squirrels and other wildlife (including snakes) which wander freely. Great for an enjoyable walk. The orchid garden ( which you have to pay to enter) is spectacular and well worth the effort of visiting. Not just for flower enthusiasts."

"I came here to see the virgin rain forest section, and the ginger/turmeric gardens. I am not sure if it is virgin rain forest ... but it was quite nice. The walks and paths are well kept. And I loved the turmeric and ginger section (maybe more interesting for gardeners though). The information about the rubber tree industry was fascinating as well."

"Nature at it's best. Very beautiful and well maintained gardens with unique plants and flora. Within the grounds, you can find one of the best orchid gardens the world. Great for outing with friends and family. Have picnics on the lawns. There are restaurants that are dog friendly too. Worthy of UNESCO heritage tag."

"It's been quite some time I've been to this place. After some renovation, it's one of Singapore's attractive places to explore n enjoy. We went to the Orchid Park n marvelled at all the wonderful species at close encounter. It's one of the places where u can enjoy a slow walk n immersed in the natural surroundings simultaneously. Good to exercise too!"
