"Pro: 1) Nearby NUS Cons: 1) Above carpark-Noisy and like inhaling 2nd hand Cigaratte of 200 pieces at a time( car smoke). 2) Neighbour water piping flowing can be hear-thin walls. 3) Bad upward design, if your house mates never turn on the cooker hood, all cooking smells goes to your room. 4) Noisy if youre near to the swimming pool-kids play from morning to late noon. 5) Noisy during working hours as there are old neighbours doing exercise-jumping up and down-ripple sound effects with big boomba speakers. 6) Noisy at night of neighbours playing majong. -walls are thin. 7) Most important, not a lot nearby walking distance of food. Only the Vietnam and nearly 3km away-JB 101. 8) You need to sit bus and then trains to go to shopping mall. Unless youre willing to order online for delivery. 9) Gym like kindergarden-1 old walking threadmill, 1 rusted weight lifting machine and few old dumb bells. 10) High electricity bills as theyre a lot light points and air cones. Depending on the people you stay with, if not manage well can change jump from $200 to easily $2000."
