"Quiet, near good school. Estate is well maintained but internal of unit requires update, and refurbishing such a big unit requires big money. Other wise, facilities are good, Gym, function room, pool, basketball court, basement parking "

"Really nice place to live in, especially if you have children. Can cycle to the nature parks and is quiet enough. Nice estate manager and children makes friends with their neighbours. Love this place!"

"Very nice and quiet cluster house. Good for children growing up with the space and facility. Can even cycle to Pierce Reservoir. Tucked in a mature estate with many nice food places and facilities. Love the drive home through the greenery. Peaceful and relaxing. Design of the cluster house is quaint and resort like - does not look dated."
