"Obviously the location is hard to beat. The rooms are ok but a bit dated. The staff is nice. The negatives are one there are no signs for the hotel. We arrived and actually left bc there was no sign for the hotel. The breakfast was awful, maybe the worst I ever had at a five star hotel. I went at 7am in the morning and ordered American breakfast. Everything they gave was cold. The eggs, the toast. Considering there were only 2 other ppl in the restaurant how hard is it to make a hot breakfast The worst complaint is about the pool. Being able to swim out from your room is nice but it felt like guests from other hotels would come freely and take pictures. I actually watched a cpl sit right in front of my pool and the gf squeeze his acne....terrible"

"Enjoyed my stay in the 2 bedroom beach villa. Its spacious, great amenities and very clean. Our family can stay in the villa for 2 whole days without stepping out(apart from buying food) as its a great place to chill and gathering with family. Caught by surprize that there is even a steam bath in one of the bathrooms. Love the private pool, with a Fantastic view, facing the sea, really get you out of the busy cities. The staff are all so friendly and nice, made you feel so welcomed. We had a great surprise welcome cake for father's day , nice balloons and a beautiful box of Janice Wong chocolates! Feel very touched by the special arrangement and gestures. Special mention to Willy the buggy driver, who is so hardworking, very friendly and kind. Feel so taken care of by him and also thank you to buggy driver kim chuan and service staff Irene. We will definitely be back again!"

"Stayed on 24&25th April and Yes this is our 2nd visit. We love the concept of the direct access from Villa to pool. Very convenient and safe for young children. The Villia is not really Big and the condition of the balcony requires some repairs and clean up.... Butters service are average cause it takes a long time to deliver our request including housekeeping service. However, staffs always friendly and nice. Food are very limited, we have to order from Grab. The biggest concern is the mosquitos!! It was really bad during our last stay as we were also bitten by Sandflies! Confirmed by Dr.. major Fumigation work needed!"

"The key selling point is really just the aquarium in the room. There were hair in the bathtub which the staff explained that it was due to the gaps of the wooden planks covering the bathtub that caused it. We had to call for housekeeping 3x before they finally sent someone over to clean it. Location of villa is away from everything so if you want to dine out or go swimming, you will need to call for their buggy service. The plus point is their buggy service is very fast. Overall, its still a good stay but probably might not return again soon."
