"When one apartment has party, the whole area are able to join in at your own apartment to listen to the party noise till the end. If you have visitor, they have to park their car on the street or elsewhere. When you get mover or grab transport, all cars have to park outside the clydesview on the street even on rainy day. The security guard will on his radio loud in his guide house. There is school behind the condonmium and construction on the other side."

"I like being in this comfortable place even though it's simple but the air is really cool ,,, if you need or want to buy, we just go to a traditional market very close while enjoying the beautiful scenery & coolness along the way."
