Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"My son hosted his wedding dinner here. The view from this dining area is beautiful. However, seems the restaurant lack of trained staff on Sunday because guests were not told what drinks they could have and when we informed our guests they could have red wine, moscato, white wine n all times favourite coke, the staff then began to serve and took quite a while to ensure every table has been attended to. Wedding gifts from the restaurant were only laid on the table after reminders from the groom. The most disappointing was the air-conditioning was not functioning well and at times guests have to fan themselves. Eventually 2 portable air-conditioning units were brought in but it could only do so much to one section of the dining area only while the other section was still experiencing the heat. The management might need to improve service standard and take the feedback seriously."

"Placed order for dinner on Saturday night 6pm. While waiting patiently till 7pm, I decided to check on the order status just to be told that they have some issue and lapse in their service order but could get it done by 9pm. Upon knowing this I simply requested for a refund so that we could get a quicker dinner as 9pm is pretty slow and late, and there are kids in the group. To my astonishment, they did not want to refund me my advance payment and was trying to fault find the service staff that might cause the lapse in order. I think the restaurant could be more professional and issue a refund as they shouldn't be expecting a customer to wait another 2hours on top of the initial 1hour wait. Hope the management will look into improving their service."

"2 weeks in advance we placed order for dinner on Saturday night 6pm. Husband called the restaurant at 7pm when the food were not delivered. Restaurant said they received the order but it had not been processed, and that they will prepare the food and deliver by 9pm. As the organiser of this gathering which consists of old folks and kids, how can I let my guests wait We proposed for a simple refund but they will not allow. This is not the first time this has happened. Avoid this place at all cost!"

"Definitely Overprice, food quality is below average. Dont order the sweet&sour pork, no meat just powder, its worse that the one you get from hawker. The dim sum selection is so limited around 10 different one. Surprise for such well known brand."

"Went to try out 40% off promotion dim sums, not worth it. Very limited choice of dim sum and the dim sums are over price compared to other Chinese restaurants. After discount, the price are almost the same as other Chinese restaurants. The food quality is normal. Staff not very friendly and helpful. The only good thing about this restaurant is the view."
