"Building maintenance needs to improve. Garbage can pile up at the rubbish points, and the toilets are old and dirty along some of the more crowded floors. The passenger lift's operating system should be updated. Often, all lifts are at L7-8, or all at B1, causing long wait times to board the lifts."
