Separately, Paya Lebar is envisaged to be a new sub-regional centre with industrial, technological and commercial developments.

As a major financial and business hub, the Central Region stands as the dynamic city centre of Singapore. Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Microsoft screwed up my laptop by reformatting it 3-4 times as they dont know how to upgrade windows 11 home to windows 11 pro via my windows 10 pro cd key. I was told to bring to the shop to see if the staff can help. The staff was very kind, this is an unusual problem which he never encountered before, yet he researched all websites and forums trying to help me solve the problem. The computer is fixed now in less than an hour. Before my purchase I also asked the shop and their Shopee staff a lot questions and they answered all patiently. Feel very thankful to them and luckily I bought from this shop !"

"I'm very disappointed with their service, was purchased 1 laptop Asus MJ500QC from them 24th Feb. and this laptop keep lagging and shutdown every 30 mins... feed back to the store in-charge person and they replied me. Sorry this is purchase after 7days, the warranty is under the brand. They don't even want to see your laptop and check it... asked you go and check with ASUS centre.... this is how irresponsible they reply. 1 star customer service!!!"

"Just bought a gaming laptop there. ROG ZEPHYRUS G15 !They have many option there since right now not much choices due to global chip shortage. Prices and freebies quite impressive. Will get back to them in the future "
