"Centrally located right by Holland Village, by the main road. Surprisingly, even if you were facing the main road, the noise wouldn't flow into your place. It's a walk up old-ish development, so you'll need to be okay with that. All else accounted for, value included, the size and price points make it a very solid investment and place to stay at."
