"Situated next to a West Plaza with 3 food courts and 24hrs NTUC it brings convenience to the doorsteps. The Management is very friendly and they response well to feedback. The place is very well maintained and clean as compared to other condos about the same age at Sengkang. The spacious swimming pools caters family of all ages to slack by and swim at the pools. Though it's not within walking distance to MRT, it has convenient bus stops that provides bus services to many other towns such as Bishan, Sengkang, Punggol, Tampines etc. So indirectly, residents get to choose between travelling EW line or NE line to town. My family rented a unit there but ultimately bought the unit because of its strategic convenience "

"Love the pools and location. Great for HDB upgraders who will appreciate the serenity, quietness and yet strategically locally near neighbourhood malls, schools, and 7mins walk to future MRT and also Pasir Ris Park. If you love the option of living near amenities, beach, and a large unit that has spacious layout for all family members, the 3 beds 3 baths option is fantastic and doesnt cost an arm and a leg!"

"Modern Condo with nice amenities such as Lap/Kids/Jacuzzi Pool, Jogging trail, Outdoor fitness station, Foot reflexology path, Tennis court, Rooftop Garden, Gym, Playground, and BBQ Pits. Vicinity is always clean and neat, and landscapes are regularly maintained. Can have a relaxing ambience at all times"
