"The only lift in this building has been having lots issue. been broken for about 3 month since the Xmas 2016- CNY 2017, friends and myself got stuck in the lift few, all of friends and deliveries comes in get scared. after the number of "maintenance' and "repair", it will be off again for 3 weeks for "repair" in Nov 2017. so only 14 units and up to 8th floor, everyone has to walk up, or have to make return trip when you have delivery(as you have to go down to open the fire staircase to pick up the delivery or welcome anyone)."
