As a major financial and business hub, the Central Region stands as the dynamic city centre of Singapore. Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Units facing the main roads will be quite noisy. There's a bus stop right outside the building, so quite convenient. Olympic-size pool and a decent gym are plus points"

"Well maintained estate, with full condo. facilities. Bus stop right outside entrance of condo. 3 bus stops to Farrer MRT (Circle Line) or Commonwealth MRT (East West Line). 4min and 8min bus rides (on either Bus Service numbers 105, 123) to Botanic Gardens/Napier MRT (Thomson-East Coast Line) and Orchard Road respectively. 8min walk to Holland Village via back gate. Plenty of food options (hawker, fast food, restaurants) nearby, within walking distance. Some people are bothered by the traffic noise, easily solved by installing sound proof windows."

"Not so much about the building itself, but the management. In particular, a senior Indian and one younger Indian guard here are rude beyond measure. As a visitor, due to the width of my car, I always take the outer lane entrance for residents when I come here, rather than the inner lane for visitors. This is because, the visitor lane is built narrower than the resident lane, so it can be easy to scratch your rims on the kerb there. Every single time if it is those two guards on duty, they would look at me in disbelief and demand aggressively why I took the resident lane to enter, and not the visitor lane. I have always stopped short of the gantry to explain to them why, and for every other guard they understand. But for those two guards, they would look at me and asks why other cars can but I cannot, after I have explained the reason why already. I cannot possibly use the narrower guest lane to come in because you guys cannot take liability for a damaged rim, so I am going with the next best understandable option already. Hope management can train the guards better in people skills."
