Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"Perfect location near good schools, HDB amenities including wet market, community centre, library and food along East Coast road within walking distance. Drivers are Well connected to ECP and PIE. Thomson -East Coast line ready soon. Bus stops accessibility -1) still road -2) East Coast road. - 3) Marine Parade road. Cycle or roller blade to East Coast park easily. The nearest underpass from Marine Parade comes up to a landmark at East Coast- Marine Cove (MacDonalds location) Condo units are well sized, no bay window- well spaced and offers privacy. Design vibe- Euro and resort"
