"Great condominium. Very cosy, but the pool is a little small."

"It used to be a good condominium complex to live. Unfortunately, after the COVID-19 Circuit Breaker many units have been sold and/or gone under renovation, making the complex an extremely noisy place. You can expect hammering, drilling and demolishing noises all day long. In my block, three units have gone under renovation in the last six months. Each one has lasted at least six weeks, but one extended over four months and involved massive work. The current Management (The MCST Plan No. 265) does not care about the other residents. It protects contractors under the argument that private properties do not need to follow regulations from the Building and Construction Authority. The only way to mitigate the noise a bit is to call the police frequently. Although policemen cannot do too much, the Management seems to be afraid of them. It could be an issue with permits."
