"Having been opening a few accounts with different banks recently. UOB is the only one that takes 1 hour to process and eventually tells me your account can only be ready after 3 working days due to some internal system issueridiculous"

"Very accommodating counter staff and branch manager. Was there to do some account related stuff on behalf of a relative that can't be present. Process was smooth and service was very customer oriented."

"Waited about 45 minutes before i am served but the counter staff is very polite. The gentleman at the lift to take customers' temperature every more impressive. A customer was asking for direction to a bus stop. He was very patient in giving directions. Later he even got a staff to accompany the lady to the bus stop."
