"UE sq is a commercial cum residential project with great facilities and yet e maintenance is very low at $800+ per quarter for a 2-bedroom. Great for own stay or investment as e low maintenance fees helps increased yr ROI. "

"There's not much happening here in terms of shopping experience, it's basically there to serve tye residents in his neighborhood. However, it has a good liquor shop and fancy gourmet store. Also it has a supermarket and pharmacy to fulfill your basic needs."

"Small shopping mall with mostly cafes and food shops on level 1, with a large Cold Storage Fresh on Level 2, likely the main reason people visit this mall. It's in an older building and not really much atmosphere. The various cafes including a Starbucks are always busy though."
