"Pros: Nice location, easy access to Lavender MRT and bus stations. Plenty of eateries around the building. Walkable distance to supermarket, malls. (Which help this building to gain 2 stars) Cons: poor facilities, tiny pool and fitness room which are useless. Enter the building from the main entrance, people need to climb stairs then be able to access to the lift. Ridiculous developer. This caused us lots of trouble because we have to guide delivery men how to drive to the back entrance to be able to use the lift (let's say if they need to use the trolley for heavy items) WORST part: NOISY NEIGHBORS. The U-shape layout (means units facing each other) even makes it worse. If your neighbors are noisy and ignorant, you willl have to suffer a lot (like us at the moment). The management won't do anything about this issue and they don't care. Currently, there's an Indian family living here who makes the entire building miserable with their son's screaming, shouting, crying everyday. Luckily we'll move soon, no more nightmares for us. So if you're planning to rent/buy a unit here, you may want to reconsider."
