"Great location & facilities. Just a short walk to Newton MRT & cafes at Balmoral Plaza. Clean and well maintained condo Some of the units have a decent view (depending on the block)..However with the commencement of Pullman Residence construction next door, it got very noisy and there was heavy construction noise through the day. Eventually moved out because of the noise.."

"The compound itself is lovely and conveniently located. The maintenance though is terrible and causes a lot of inconvenience within the facilities. Lifts break permanently down, huge amount of mosquitoes call the pool area their home, access doors to lift lobbies are faulty and open most of the time. This throws a big shadow onto the compound itself as it is literally very nice."
