New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"No doubt it is a very convenient location with many children education centers around. However the infrastructure of this building is terrible, as we can hear upstairs footfall noise or furniture moving noises clearly, not only day time even midnight. Unit above reconstructed and sub-rent rooms to different tenants for 6months-1year, this is the worst thing ever. There are different tenants move in every 6 months - 1 year. Other than that, we could hear water pumping noises coming from upstairs whenever someone shower or washing hands. Noises is a big problem followed by the stinkiest rubbish chute in the building. Living at low floor means you get to smell the rubbish smell in your kitchen 24/7, it is not only this, whenever there's fogging, all the smoke drifted into the kitchen from the rubbish chute, the whole kitchen filled with fog that takes a day to get rid of the smell. The respond from management is asked you to tape your rubbish chute with broad tape during fogging day, then tear it off after fogging. This is simply unreasonable. Overall it is a nice condo if you enjoy the location and don't care about the living quality."

"I stayed at Euro Asia apartment for 2 months, they have nice swimming pool and tennis court which is properly maintained. Apartments are also very nicely designed and spacious."
