As a major financial and business hub, the Central Region stands as the dynamic city centre of Singapore. Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"This development sits on an elevated plot and has a great location at the doorstep of the reservoir and a short walk to Caldecott MRT Interchange. The facilities are well-maintained and in fantastic condition. The security is very good and the common areas are all only accessible with the keycard. After the north-south corridor is complete, this development is likely to become even better. "

"Carpark a plenty though dark. Tennis courts were properly maintained and of proper size. Clubhouse toilets were recently renovated so it was clean and new. Location is good for those who are driving. For a 21 years old property, this development is properly maintained."

"Had an amazing view when I stayed here. It's an older condo, which is fine, and I liked the slightly ulu-feeling location. But it was a bad place to stay without a car. Caldecott is a 12 minute walk away with little shelter; Toa Payoh and the nearest hawker center (admittedly one of the best in Singapore) is a good 20 minute walk away. Buses into the city are easy to catch, but going north to Upper Thomson requires a circuitous walk up and down stairs. Coming back home via bus from Bishan MRT is not bad, but often had a long wait for the only viable bus. But inside the condo there are basically no sidewalks, and it was sad to see BMW and Benz wielding residents driving with little consideration for pedestrians who are almost all domestic helpers."

"I used to stay here. Very peace and relax. 1st Management strata was awesome but they change 2nd was horrible. Not helpful and very rude but who cares since you have a lovely house... Good excess to islandwide..."
