The main shopping mall is West Mall, which has a public library, post office and cinema within its compounds.

With a land area of 25,500ha, the West Region is the largest of the five regions in Singapore. Jurong East is the regional centre of the region, while Jurong West is the most populous town in the region. A large number of Singapore's heavy industry companies are concentrated in the West Region. These are mainly petrochemical companies, comprising of international players such as BP, ExxonMobil, DuPont, Mitsui Chemicals and Shell. The West Region is also at the forefront of the government's industrial development efforts. The government plans to develop the Jurong Lake District and Jurong Innovation District into the second Central Business District (CBD) area in Singapore. Additionally, the Tuas Mega Port, upon completion in the 2040s, is anticipated to be the world's single largest container port with an annual capacity of 65 million TEUs.

"Hey Warren Condo Team, I just wanna leave a note here that I have visited the Warren Condo property at 1 p.m on 12 Sept, wanted to view one of the vacant property but I had a extremely bad experiences with your security guard as he just simply pointed the fingers to the Checkin form without providing a proper instructions to fill it up and scolded me for not filling up the form properly, well if I am there to tell him how to do his job properly and to be polite, what is the point of him being there I seriously doubt this is kind of the attitude that my relatives and friends have to deal with every time they visit me when I were to really buy a unit and staying here. Hope that you could look into this."

"Well maintained, so much better than Northvale. Management and committee are active. Lotsa of resident activities. Security is also good. You dont see many people waiting outside the gate waiting for you to tap them in (unlike the other condo nearby). Good schools nearby, Southview, DLS, CCKPS etc Lotsa of development in the pipeline for CCK, there is potential with new SAFRA, new library and new JRL line. Cant wait to see CCK developed to full potential."
