"Excellent facilities, large sprawling grounds, stunning view, convenient location, good layout and size. Really nothing to fault except for the temporary disturbance caused by the MRT construction, but which adds even more convenience in the future."

"Home sweet home for now. Near to a newly furnished Great World City and for the rental rate of $5K to 6k plus with a floor area bigger than older condos such as Meraprime, this is just a no-brainer. Did I mention private lift Yes, you get that here. Luxury finishes and an amazing view. The condo development itself is mind blowing with such good facilities and this is located in an upmarket location of River Valley area. You can walk to Great World City. Also, if you were to compare the asset price to the rental prices. I think this is an unbeatable place to rent. Perfect!"
