"Perfect location near the edge of Bukit Timah Road, with MRT station at doorstep and the Green Corridor next to it. Cold Storage is across the road via overhead bridge, and the KAP building will be completed soon with more shops and eateries. Plus it's Freehold. It's also within 1km to two good schools and near to several other good schools along Bt Timah stretch. Those units facing inside of the project or greenery are quiet and serene. "

"This is the only freehold property that is a 1 minute walk away from a Downtown line train station. Not to mention the interchange for the Cross Island Line (@ King Albert Park station) within this decade! Overall a fantastic development and great community."

"My rating of 5 is based on my personal experience. The layout of the unit we have is also optimal. Among the best Ive seen. The living room connects to the hallway and bedrooms, which connects the laundry yard, to the kitchen, back to the living room. So its like a circle all connected kitchen to living room to hallway to yard back to kitchen. Allows great privacy for those with maids and a free circulation for everyone when needed. As everything has at least 2 ways in and out. My unit is also all in all well maintained and I like the cream and black marble floors and warm wood doors which feel nicely southeast Asian. Some neighbours feel their units are old. The facilities are ok. Gym fine. Pool small but not overcrowded. Surprisingly really nice clubhouse bathrooms near pool and sauna. Unique and nice back garden area. Below average kids playground. Coming from a much bigger condo with several pools, karaoke room, etc I thought this would disappoint but its fine. Right now they are painting everything and it has all been rather un-invasive and rapid, and I love the slight eggshell cream color that they have chosen for the finish. Location is why we chose it. Finally can just walk my kids to school. Why I love it is that Moving here transformed my family dynamic because my kids found such a great kids community. They started to tell me at night before sleeping Im grateful that I got to stay at this special house and play with today. My kids are 5 and 3 FYI. There is a culture of everyone knowing each other and everyone including each other in the below 8 age bracket, so highly recommend for this age range."

"Not sure whether its exclusive living when its so near the main road and you can hear buses even at night. Old condo and not many facilities. Not a good investment"

"This place was nice when I went to this place for a birthday party. There are lots of facilities such as a playground, a swimming pool, a few barbecue pits, an indoor function room and an outdoor function room. This is a residential building."
