"A very large, clean and well-managed Hotel. Yet, despite the potentially large and impersonal nature potentially afforded to such a grand hotel........I was quite delighted to find this Hotel to be quite the exception. The staff were very friendly, most helpful, and exceptionally polite. Excellent location."
