"Its at pasir panjang hill area, don really see listings for sale, yet undervalued area right in front of picturescque southern waterfront. Only abt 400 m away from Haw Par Villa MRT with unblocked sea views of PSA n even views of Pulau Bukom . Well maintained w quality materials used. still looks well despite its age of 16 yrs old as compared even some of the 5-6 yrs old condo. "
