With a land area of 11,000ha, the East Region is the smallest and second most densely populated of the five regions in Singapore. The region is a key aviation hub, housing the Paya Lebar Air Base and Changi Naval Base. Major airlines such as Singapore Airlines, Scoot and Jetstar also has their head offices in the area. Other major economic activity includes manufacturing, with industrial estates in Bedok, Changi, Pasir Ris, Tampines and Paya Lebar. Changi Business Park also hosts a number of MNCs such as Standard Chartered and IBM. Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"Excellent location with just 30 seconds walk to MRT station. Future expansion of mrt station will just make things better. One stop to major malls like Bedok mall, Simei, expo Changi city point. "

"A condo that is near to amenities and yet enjoy the quietness of the landed neighbourhood. Right next to MRT station and so expect some noise. Beautiful landscape and artistic garden design which resulted in higher maintenance fee though. "

"The facilities are very nice and well kept. The major issue is the MRT noise. I visited Blk12 and the noise is unbearable even when closing all doors. Out in the garden, pool still hear. There is literally no escape from it."

"It's a beautiful condominium located right next to tanah merah mrt. The apartments are cozy here yet bit expensive as it is very approachable. It has a mart, lotus Ponds, function hall, gym, several pools and all required amenities. I visited couple of houses here for viewing and they're good. Tried negotiating but they weren't ready for 100$ less though."
