Changi Business Park also hosts a number of MNCs such as Standard Chartered and IBM. Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"This property is a gem! It may not be located at the heart of CBD, but the convenience it offers is amazing! It is strategically located just behind a 24-hr Giant supermarket, community centre, polyclinic, police post and near neighbourhood shops including laundry shop etc. It is also well-served by several childcare centres, schools, a bank (UOB) and coffeeshops. The wet market is just a minute's walk away. Getting home from Pasir Ris MRT is a breeze. There is direct bus from Pasir Ris Interchange that stops right outside the condo, so even during heavy rains, you won't get very wet. There is an express bus that goes to Orchard and Marina areas, as well as other direct buses to go to Changi Airport and other parts of Singapore. Currently there is also an MRT station being built with exit near this property, so in time to come, access to town will be even more seamless. "

"The convenience here is overwhelming! There are 6 coffee shops, 24-hr Giant supermarket, several clinics (both western, TCM and even dental ones), UOB and POSB banks, all within walking distance. As if that's not enough, there is bus stop just outside the side gate that brings you to Pasir Ris Interchange within minutes! Getting around is a breeze, with express bus to Orchard, and bus to Changi Airport! Not to mention the many other bus services that go to town area. We fell in love with this place right from the start, not just because of the convenience, but also the cosy environment it offers. The whole estate may be small but the space planning within the estate as well as within the unit are fantastic, minimal wastage of space! Indeed a well-deserved award-winning development by CDL! Pneumatic waste system is being used here so residents don't get to smell the usual stinky refuse, which is another plus point! "

"Best position condo in pasir ris, 2min walk to mrt, 1min walk to eateries, 1m walk to poly clinic (perfect for new weds and newborn) best of all propety is so cheap 1/2 price, apartment is huge. I even sell off my car great saving. Facilities is the same as other condo, even have tennis court."

"One of the best place to live in the east. This condo is hear every possible amenities in the area within 5 minutes walking distance and only 5 steps away to the bus stop. 5 steps takes like 2 seconds"
