"Designed by Moshe Safdie (MBS, and Jewel Changi Airport) is a masterpiece. Very exclusive project, only 46 units. Each unit got at least 2 parking lots and that's in the fabulous location just 6 min walking distance to Paragon Orchard or 5 min to Newton MRT. The design is very special, each stack got its own tower/building, so actually there are no neighbours along the walls. All units got their own private lift and occupy the whole floor. Most of the neighbours are owner-occupiers. Neat and quality people. Beautiful views of the city and the red roofs of the conservation shop-houses, very rare in such a super-central location. "

"We have lived here for 5years. A quiet condo, which is conveniently located minutes away from Orchard Road and walking distance from the Newton MRT. Designed by Moshe Safdie, it's bright and well-lit. The gym is small but functional. We hardly used the pool but it's a nice place to sit in the evenings."

"Condominium with gym and swimming pool. Does not come with tennis court. Units have full height windows and come in round shape to enjoy the paranomic view of district 10."

"A masterpiece by the starchitect Moshe Safdie (MBS and the Jewel Changi) is a rare designer condo in the midst of the city. 5 min to Orchard Road or Newton means world class amenities all around. Beautiful glass walls and 3 'hidden' towers makes it one of must see gems of design and architecture. Only 46 units, each unit per floor makes it the most exclusive and private condo in Singapore."
