"Great location! 5 mins walk to Great World City (its recent revamping & upgrading makes it more vibrant and relevant than before) and the new MRT commencing 2022. Also close to Orchard Road. Well-served by buses. Its dual entry points, either from Kay Poh Road (off River Valley Road), or from Hoot Kiam Road, is a big plus. If youre looking for a one-bedder, go for the Type A floor plan which is the best, as it has the most optimal use of its 61 sq m (657 sq ft) floor space, and its well-ventilated with windows in its kitchen and bathroom, and it faces the relatively quiet Kay Poh Road, with its 11 units starting from #02-04 to #12-04."

"Excellent location . Though there is no MRT very close to the condo ( great world city MRT coming soon), the bus connections are pretty good. It's located at a very convenient walking distance to Great world city, Valley point and Robertson quay. Condo is well maintained and the views from the apartment are spectacular."
