New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Lived here for 4 years. Great location - walking distance to multiple malls and restaurants, Novena and Newton MRT, and nearby bus stops. Close to junction for CIE and PTE, but far enough away from the main road that it's quiet. Not too crowded/busy condo. I didn't want to leave!"

"The management is seriously neglecting this place. Public areas are never cleaned. Intercom doesn't work and it has never been repaired. The gym has old dirty equipment. The elevator mirror was broken last year and nobody bothers to replace it, although it's a hazard."

"I stayed here during 2017 and 2018. Below are reminder for any tenant. Please make sure you have the landlord's residential address before you sign the contract. you will need this to go to the small claim court in case there is any dispute. Please take picture for everywhere and test every item when you move in. if it's possible, describe the item's status and how clean the apartment is in the contract. These are very important to protect your deposit."
