"Quiet and relatively small development with 298 units hidden within landed houses. Full condo facilities with gym, pool, sauna, function room, play ground, bbq pits and tennis court. One major plus point for me was the 3 children pools located all around the condo, great for family with children. Pool Wasn't crowned during weekends which was a bonus. Moreover this condo wasn't as pricey as those situated near MRT station. I find the walk to station pretty decent at 700m which took me around 10-12mins. Less people less problems in my opinion. A great place to stay and invest :)"

"Tanamera Crest has to be the condo that is located closest to Anglican High School. Sitting in the quiet neighbourhood of the landed enclave of Tanah Mera, it is about 10 mins walk to the Tanah Merah MRT station. 3 blocks in this condo. The swimming pool, children pool, the children playground and the gym are placed on an undulating perimeter fronting the 3 resident blocks. Lots of greenery can be found here giving it a cosy resort feel. East Village, Bedok Marketplace and Fairprice Bedok North are all within walking distance for your food and grocery shopping needs."

"Accesibility and amenities: 10 minutes STROLL to Tanah Merah MRT, 1 side gate that brings me to Bedok 85 Feng Shan market in 3 minutes, and another side gate that brings me to St Anthony's Cannosian in 3 minutes! This place oozes exclusivity as it's situated on a hilltop. About the condo: Quiet and peaceful, modern resort vibes and well maintained facilities."

"My daughter attends music lesson at a private music teacher place here weekly. The environment is nice & nearby there are makan places available (reachable via slow walk) such as Blk 85 Bedok North Market, East Village & Simpang Bedok which is good for us after lesson. The only thing I am not very pleased I s the security team :-(. This evening while performing safe entry at guardhouse, one said must sign in & another one said just do safe entry will do. & then when one of them heard purpose or visit is to attend electone lesson he commented :Why you let her learn this and not the proper piano. This is lousy choice & piano is better he kept talking that I had to stop him as I felt that his insensitive comment will affect my daughters learning spirit and true enough later she asked me if that security uncles comment is true."
