"Very well maintained condo. Pool, gym, Billard room, sauna, playground, tennis and ball courts. Very friendly neighbours who talk to one another although we do get the odd unfriendly one as well. Neighbourhood garden where anyone can help out and get to know one another (Aussie, Brit, Indian, American, Filipino, Chinese- we are a mixed group!). In fact, fairly frequent get-togethers and outings. Fairly sizeable apartments especially when compared to current projects. Convenient - located at the turnoff of CTE. Near SLE to airport as well. "
