With a land area of 11,000ha, the East Region is the smallest and second most densely populated of the five regions in Singapore. The region is a key aviation hub, housing the Paya Lebar Air Base and Changi Naval Base. Major airlines such as Singapore Airlines, Scoot and Jetstar also has their head offices in the area. Other major economic activity includes manufacturing, with industrial estates in Bedok, Changi, Pasir Ris, Tampines and Paya Lebar. Changi Business Park also hosts a number of MNCs such as Standard Chartered and IBM. Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"Most of units are very windy despite located in low floor. I think because this condo is located in higher ground next to landed houses. SWimming pool also very big and management are very friendly - when I just move in they even called me to remind me to pay the maintenance fee. Agreed with some other review that recently lot of units are tenanted to people from South Asia and Japan ( Japanese International School only 1 bus stop from this condo ) but so far they are very friendly. MiniMart also quite good as they also sell fresh vegetables Transport link is EXCELLENT if you drive as the condo very near to PIE, TPE and ECP. Overall this condo is very nice to stay and you will appricate if you prefer quiet place"

"Awesome place to live and enjoy the life, swimming pool, guard, flat design, shop inside the condo, full playground for child as well as adults. Peoples come out in small balcony and eat the Japanese hot plate with family gives feeling can't describe in words."
