"Due to 2-year contract, I cant move even I have a horrible experience staying at this small unit. Sharing my actual review here, please dont be the next victim. - TERMITE. This block has termite. Avoid using wooden furniture. - NOISY. No sound proof as if sleep by the road. Noise of vehicles passing by. Noise of residents start their car engine. - DUSTY because the unit located next to main road. - DRAIN FLYER in the bathroom. No use after tried out all solutions from Internet. - WATER LEAKING. Water dripping sounds came from upstairs toilet. Other than vehicle noises, need to bear with water dripping and washing machine noises from neighbours. Prepare no good sleeping when staying at Suites @ Braddell. - NO PRIVACY because too near to next block. Saw the man in opposite unit naked a few times. And I am sure they will see us too. - BAD DESIGN. Wardrobe is far from bathroom. - NOT WFH FRIENDLY. Chainsaw noises came from the nearby shoplot everyday. At first I tot its renovation noises, but the noises dont end after many months staying here. Feeling annoyed working from home. - BAD LOCATION. Far from MRT station, need a walk to the nearest bus stop. Prepare budget to spend on taxi or grab. - PEST. A lot of mosquitoes, bees and ants. - AUTOGATE always got problem, open widely welcome strangers - INTERCOM. Many unit intercom spoilt. Delivery man ring the intercom, you cant talk to him cant open auto gate. - POOR LAYOUT made small bathroom. Cant move when showering. Once you move, everything drop on the floor. After shower, whole place is wet already. - WASH BASIN in toilet is small. Cant wash face or brush teeth. Only good to wash hand."

"Stayed there for 2 years and that's what i have encountered: 1. Power down at least 5 times 2. Water down twice 3. Mechanical car park down at least 5 times 4. Mosquitos 5. Unit has leaking problem, stains on the wall very obvious 6. Gym glass smashed Buy/rent at ur own risk"
