Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Quiet and beautiful view if face inward toward landed estate Walking distance to amenities, shops nearby as well as great transport (1 min to bus stop and 8 mins to Potong Pasir MRT ) and town centres Yet very private as surrounding is landed, away from the buzz of town centre."
