"Prestigious location, with a lifestyle mall (great World City) and a beautiful park (Kim Seng) nearby. ION orchard and Shaw Lido are also within walking distances, so there's no fear of missing the last bus after catching a late night show over the weekend."

"Excellent location, is situated close to numerous bus stops having good connectivity, but there is no MRT at walkable distance. Also has a hawker court and various 24 hour open restuarants at throwaway distance. As for the facilities, it has a gym and a nice pool with jacuzzi and bbq pit. The condos are nice but don't expect them to be big in size. There is round the clock security and it has a nice vibe."
