"I lived few years in Strata. 1 of the 3 lifts break down quite often. Finally the mangement AGM Meeting agree to change the motor and most old parts of 2 lifts first. But it will take 2 to 4 months for all lifts to start working. Change of council chairman had improve many things. Management are more responsive and guards more alert"

"This condo is pretty nice: great location, large and beautiful swimming pool, the security guards are really friendly and easy going, the duplexes have a really unique layout with high ceilings and so much natural light. The only issue are the gd elevators. 2/3 have been out of order for EVER, so we share 1 elevator with a 30-ish story building."

"Taking the lift here was an extremely scary experience, notwithstanding the lift faces the exterior but the door refused to close fully and was stuck inside for 5min when viewing an apartment there! Good luck to whomever stays there..."
