"Deep inside old hdb estate..1000 units packed ..vert close to old hdb blocks..nothing to see much this area..elderly estates..if near mrt station is what we seek for,,then those right at mrt station like Commonwealth towers .queens peak .very old the queen has better offer in terms of nearby amenities and transportation"

"Newly TOP condo, mins walk to Queenstown MRT. Comes with 1 for 1 parking lot, full facilities including tennis court. More than 2 pools with greenery view. A very rare project that I has seen thus far - have u seen 6 lifts for 11 units per unit Very spacious corridor with good ventilation. This project comes with unblocked view and yet super duper low maintenance fee. The balcony also comes with exclusive water tap. If you like mega development at Queens Town area yet near to MRT, this is the one of the recommended projects you can opt for. I am looking for buyers / tenants to buy/ rent my clients unit!
