"We were delighted to find a locality where one doesn't get to see high-rise buildings. Stevens loft is surrounded by beautiful mansions. It's a small condo building with only 24 units. No children's park though... So for couples with kids it's not a great idea.. But there's Raffles play school just a stone's throw away... We do have a small gym, steam room, sauna, fitness area and a swimming pool.. Its 2 mins walk from the MRT and we have a Cold storage, McD's, restaurants and coffee shop close by."
