"Fresh clean 6 yo building, I live in it for five months already - no insects observed in the apartment. Mosquitoes around the building are killed well also - they are very rare lonely guests on the balcony. The apartment plan is amazing, the best suiting 1-2 people, exactly enough space. I have no poor water pumping problem mentioned by another reviewer, while living on the 5 floor. The inner part (facing not the road) is really quiet and it is the first place in Singapore where my sleep is not interrupted."

"I really appreciate how convenient this condominium is to many things around the area. Be it food, transportation, or the city. Orchard is simply a short bus ride away, and right outside the condominium, there are many good restaurants, and many more around River Valley. Super happy with the place."
