As a major financial and business hub, the Central Region stands as the dynamic city centre of Singapore. Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Rented here for about a year and the experience of living here has been pleasant, one of my favourite rentals to date. I would have bought if the units were slightly bigger. Pros 1. Friendly and helpful security guards. 2. No water leaks in my unit despite minimal renovation, probably due to design of windows / balconies. 3. Condo environs are tidy. Low floor but we've had almost no pests except for tiny bugs and some ants. 4. Good location. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and Parkway Parade. Direct bus to Orchard. Cons 1. Lots of people practising various instruments. 2. Planter boxes and bay windows wasted space 3. Front gate sensor is faulty and often unresponsive, makes it difficult to enter while driving when no security is around."

"Not too bad and not great place to live. It lacks maintenance and preventative maintenance, management company are hardly seen to be doing anything! Security guard is mostly asleep inside the guard house at the front. The gym is very small, pool is ok but always freezing cold. Not actually sure when the clean the communal areas. It's a convenient place to live in the Katong area, easy to get to all the shops"
