Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Simsville is a garden city or city in a garden surrounded by greeneries and spaces and plenteous shopping malls, supermarkets, eateries, schools, amenities etc with cross roads and rail connectivity to all parts of the island. A worthwhile investment project."

"It's location to the city, schools, food outlets and well served transportation links. It has a huge and spacious underground car park for residents, not found today in most new condos. The apartment comes with a study room and maid's room. There are three toilets/bathrooms. "

"PS: A lot of haters and losers are posting negative reviews about SimsVille in PropertyGuru. I don't know why PropertyGuru is so biased against SimsVille and letting haters and losers post negative reviews about SimsVille. The reviews are biased and full of misinformation. PropertyGuru should vet the reviews before posting on its website. I've been living in SimsVille for over 10 years now and I must say it's a great place to stay. Extremely convenient (next to Paya Lebar interchange) and well connected. It is the best city fringe Condo in Singapore. Super convenient and easy to live. Paya Lebar Square Mall, PLQ Mall and SingPost Mall are all within 5 minutes walk. 2 other malls within 10 minutes walk. Tell me, which condo in Singapore is surrounded by 5 big shopping malls And 2 MRT lines Marina Bay Sands (10 minutes), CBD (10 minutes), Changi Airport (20 minutes) and East Coast Park, are all nearby/easily accessible by direct MRT. Paya Lebar is a major hub now with Grade A offices, malls, lots of bars and resturants. A great value for money, whether buying or renting. And probably going to be en-bloc soon."

"Parking is a breeze with mostly ample parking. However, 1 of the security guards is so lazy. Encountered 1 yesterday afternoon at 3pm who was so lazy to walk over to ask me for my details and he just sat at his desk, shouting for my details! Then, he still had to walk over to pass me the visitor chit and even had the audacity to comment I talked so softly with my mask on!! I told him he should walk over to my car instead. Management: please remind your security guards to do their job properly and professionally. Ensure they wear their masks properly & visitors do not have to shout out their personal details for all to hear. Talk about these guards enforcing security"

"Central location and accessibilities to most part of Singapore with two mrt lines and drivability via CTE and PIE. 5 big Shopping Malls, one wet market with hawker centre and two supermarkets and amenities centre all within walking distance. Eating outlets are also around the vicinity. A superb layout condo with full facilities just to name a few."

"Plight of foreigners. Exploitation, threats & loot in the name of repair This is a personal experience happened with an Indian couple. This couple lived in Block 2, 5th floor for 4 yrs. In good faith they verbally communicated the damages inside the house before overtaking the tenancy & also submitted photos through the agent. But at the time of the handover the owner couple and the hired agent ( all Chinese ) disregarded the proofs submitted to them 4 yrs back, called the tenants liar & the photos fabricated. The owners, one of them ironically a professor, became utterly uncivil & uncouth like a 3rd grade illiterates. Poor foreigner couple, just to avoid confrontation, ended up in giving 1000 SGD. The fact is, this couple (no kid) lived there for more than 4 years & kept the house in the best possible state and only normal wear & tear happened."
