"Spacious EC turn condo. Simei Green is a 99-years leasehold condominium development located at Simei Road in District D18. The property is medium-rise with 11 floors and 602 units. It is a family-themed facility with 3 or 4 bedrooms in each unit and variable bathrooms. The Simei Green Condominium was built in 1999 by the NTUC Choice Homes Co-operative Limited. The company was set up in 1995 to help more Singaporeans meet their aspirations to own private property by delivering quality housing at fair and affordable prices. NTUC Choice Homes' vision going forward is to contribute to building caring communities by delivering affordable and quality homes. It has developed numerous exceptional projects within Singapore. Simei Green Condominium is one of its best projects. The Simei Green Condominium consists of a variety of accessibilities for its residents which include Barbeque Area, Covered car park, Fitness corner, Gymnasium room, Playground, 24 hours security, Swimming pool, Tennis courts, and Wading pool. These facilities are enough to spend lavished living. The Condominium also has a diverse range of public transport in its vicinity that makes traveling to the business hubs and shopping within the district a lot easier. "Condominium complex with good facilities but quite busy at times. Many of the units are tenanted. Transportation is convenient with buses and trains nearby. Amenities is also within walking distance and near to the airport too"
